Hi,
My partner is a 46 year old retired builder. He worked in construction for many years and is able to fit the inside of houses, do basic electrics, basic stonework, roofing etc. He retired from building as he has a very bad back.
In recent years he has been working within residential healthcare (of children between 4 - 18 years). He has been working in childcare for 6 years and has a Level 3 certificate in Childcare.
We have recently had a baby and he hardly sees the baby, as he currently seems to be working a very large number of hours for a very limited return (within residential childcare).
As a result, I was wondering if anyone could suggest alternative jobs that he may be able to do for more money please?
One option is for him to complete a CACHE Level 3 HBCA course and become a registered childminder. This would enable him to spend more hours with our baby whilst also earning (perhaps) a greater amount of money.
Does anyone have any other ideas please?
P.S. His fairly weak grasp of written English and Maths may be prohibitive when attempting to acquire some types of jobs.
Thanks

I've been making extra cash with matched betting, which is not gambling. It's pretty simple to do once you get the hang of it and can make you a few hundred a month easy. I can tell you more if you like...
PS I'm no expert in maths either!0 -

I'm pretty sure the very thorough and helpful matched betting thread on this forum would help the OP far more than any spam you're trying to tout.0 -
Hi, as you can see I'm new so maybe cut me some slack. Wasn't aware of the MB thread and only offered advice if wanted, so not spamming at all0
