I read this yesterday before it got deleted and also read the name of the company involved which from what I ready is not the most honest outfit.
Just to throw a few ideas around although I can understand why you deleted your post: My advice is to see if you can see a solicitor or CAB as soon as possible and get their advice. Read what you have signed, is there a cooling off period? What does it say on the contract about what your obligations are and what are their obligations plus what is the penalty for leaving early? Are they fulfilling their obligations so far? Are you able to fulfill yours? Another possibility to explore (with a solicitor) is whether what you signed is invalid due to a mental incapacity angle.0 -
