Hi,
Anybody know how long the Security Industry Authority (SIA) take when they are at the criminality checks?
I have also just been messaged by them to say my payment was not successful even though I paid months back and was confirmed by the SIA messaging . A check of my bank today has confirmed it was paid. Anybody had this ?

They only use the DBS (Data and Barring Service) as far as I'm aware, which shouldn't take more than about 2-weeks, but this depends on whether you're a UK citizen etc.Hi,

They just messaged to say their is a ghost within the system. Got a Disclosure Scotland application form to be signed sent by SIA.0
