Please can you help/advise?
I was stupid enough to take out a 2 year everyday loan back in August however I'm now in a position to make early repayment,
I have asked for and received a settlement letter today.
They are asking me to pay a CCA (consumer credit Act) fee? Is this standard to these kind of loans or can I appeal against making this payment?
Also the settlement is valid for 28 days so they are charging 28 days interest even if Ipay it off tomorrow, so again is this a change I can appeal against.
Thanks for you help in advance

They can charge 2 months interest on early settlement. That is probably what they are referring to.0
