Advice needed - HTB, HTB ISA and Remortgaging

I have a couple of questions surrounding Help to Buy Equity Loan, Remortgaging and the Help to Buy ISA
I have a mortgage on a house (in my own name) along with a Help to Buy Loan. My wife has a Help to Buy ISA. I am planning on remortgaging in five years to consolidate the Help to Buy Loan. I was wondering if I would have to include my wife on the remortgage? I'm hoping that that isn't the case as our plan is to use that money as an extra deposit for the next house whenever we get that.
I wanted to check that that plan would work as the penalties for not using the money for a house is very steep and so want to know if it's possible by the time that we would be thinking of changing it for a Lifetime ISA
Thank you

No obligation to include your wife. However do you require your wife's income to meet affordability criteria. On a sole application your wife will be treated as being financially dependent.0

Shouldn't do - the plan is to essentially be retaking out a mortgage of around £70k (as is my current mortgage) And I would hope that in five years I would have a better salary anyway (thought obviously no guarantee in this).
If sole application, would she need to be a dependant even if she had her own salary? Though I would also imagine that this would be also manageable.
Glad that it seems that it is possible (disregarding financial stuff etc) as this will help when we need to move with the HtB ISAMortgage Debt £53,879.68 as of 2nd JulyHelp to Buy Equity Loan Debt £26,799Total Debt: £80,678.68 of £133,995 two bed house0 -

She's not party to the application, but will declared on the application, so how would anybody know what her financial position was. Lenders will be naturally cautious.0
