topcashback logging out

Options
Anyone else getting topcashback logout every time they leave the site? Despite visiting several times a day and ticking remember me it logs out every time, and with a captcha to fill in to log in is rather irritating.

Yes that's been happening to me as well recently. Never had a problem with it before and I haven't found a way to stop it happening.

    Hiya
I reported to on Facebook on Friday, and it's been happening to a lot of folk. Someone suggested clearing the cookies, but that hasn't helped some of us.
TCB reckoned that they fixed it, but it's still a problem. It's very frustrating. I blame that stupid bird :rotfl: Sorry I can't be anymore helpful :(

This is the post on the hummingbird thread where they say you should clear cookies etc, to be honest I'm very reluctant to do as they suggest, as it is really inconvenient for the 100s of other sites I visit, for the sake of just clicking Login every time I visit TCB! It would be more helpful if they could just fix the problem.

Probably won't fix it anyway, but you might be able to just remove the relevant cookies, not all of them.

On chrome you go to settings, then click advanced, scroll down to privacy and then click content settings. From there you are looking for the button near the top marked all cookies and site data. Search in there for topcashback and just remove them.

On firefox it's options then privacy and there's a link to remove individual cookies under the history heading.

There's probably a way to do it in other browsers too, but I only really use these two so I don't know how. :)

I messaged them on FB and got this reply
This is something we are looking into for our members and will be sure to resolve it as soon as we can. I am really sorry in the meantime while we look into this for you.

    Best wishes,
    Matt
