1st Credit and CCA request

Has anyone out there had any dealings with a DCA company called 1st Credit.
These are currently the monkeys if choice that the wonderful HFC have sold two old loans onto.
Firstly almost five years ago now I finally admitted that I needed to sort out my debts and following many letters to HFC agreed a reduced final settlement of 40% on both loans.
I paid these and never chased up HFC for confirmation yet haven't heard a thing until last month.
Last month 1st credit started sending letters and collectors to my brothers address which I might add I have never resided at or provided as an address.
Believing this to be a huge mistake I have contacted 1st Credit and sent off two CCA requests includin two £1 postal orders to cover the cost of their administration as I know 1st credit wont be able to provide all this information.
On returning home tonight I have recieved a letter for one account stating
"We write to introduce you to 1st Credit LTD
HFC BANK has assigned to 1st credit the full outstanding balance due under the agreement referred to above. As a result of this assignment, the full outstanding balance is due to 1st Credit immediately.
You should contact this office immediately so that we can agree payments with you. Failure on your part to do this will result in more formal recovery proceedings being taken against you
In accordance with the data protection act 1998 we will comply with any request for a copy of the personal information about you that is held on our computer system.
Send your request, along with the administration fee of £5.00 and a SAE to the above address"
HELP anyone!!!!!!!!!
I clearly outlined when sending the CCA request (a template from the consumer action group) that until the request was complied with that I held these accounts "in dispute" and they have cashed my 2x£1 postal orders.
I have this horrible feeling the will ignore my request and I will end up in court.
Both CCAs were sent recorded delivery and I have copies. I have tried to use the web to find out if the statuatory fee of £1 is correct but to no joy.
So now I turn to you moneysavers any ideas please?
