... Future promised immigration controls creating panic 'buying' together with a low sterling is causing another house price gold rush (maybe explain zoopla's recent price estimations?).
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

The forum HPC.co.uk is where I take all my economic advice from.

They are quite simply never wrong.

I'm usually pretty much early to spot any trends due to my work, but this current supposed boom I have not spotted signs of.
However, I do see brexit as very much a boom time, I do not expect any down turn (Wednesdays OBR report could be overly negative I expect, but I wouldn't think it very accurate for all sorts of reasons)

You edited it and there still isn't any punctuation, capitalisation, or correct syntax.

As I've explained to you, I suffered from going to school in a socialist borough which was more interested in nuclear free zones, South Africa, the worship of Mao (and the mass killings), Soviet equality etc, than educating the children. But your sneering at people brought up in socialist areas certainly suits your new found love of posh rich Tory loving boomer judges and the IRA loving Corbyn clique plus of course the Daily Mail.

How can immigration control lead to panic buying?

With fewer migrants from EU the demand will be less and thus price will come down in future.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

They are saying there is a massive surge of immigrants getting in while they still can.

But, but, remainers keep saying the UK has had it thanks to Brexit, and is a laughing stock in Europe, so why are all these Europeans still wanting to come settle here?
Germany or France would be far better choices surely...

Oh well, at least you aren't bitter.

Do you have anything to say about the OP or are you just airing your poorly spelled views about the Corbyn IRA Leftists?
