avoid this zonealarm is rubbish.it keeps messing pc up and stops loads of programs running even if you allow them KEEP clear if i was you

From personal experience with all the major security suites I found ZoneAlarm to be one of the best.I have installed this software on dozens of computers without problems.

Sounds like you're having some issues but this could be down multitude of reasons.

Have a read of all the industry reviews and you'll see that this is rated as one of the leading security suites. And for gratis is an especially attracive bit of kit

I got Zonealarm internet security refunded last month because the latest version is full of bugs. Older versions used to be good but the latest one is awful. It's constantly trying to update itself every few seconds which is one problem, it drains resources and won't let laptops shut down. As soon as I uninstalled it, everything started working again!


This is common accoring to their official forums.
