Thanks Fat Belly for your reply.

Nothing from HPH, I have received in the last 7 days, nothing from them or their lawyers (Howard Cohen) ever since I asked this to be set aside. I have not acknowledged this debt or made any payments last 10 years easily.

If all goes well, will they cancel the CCJ tomorrow? I want this removed from my credit history.

You're applying for it to be set aside - so hopefully it should be put back to the claim stage. What happens from there really depends on the claimant and what evidence they produce

Thanks Fat Belly. SO If this put back to claim stage, does it mean initial CCJ will be removed automatically? Thanks

That is what set aside does. It takes the existing judgement and removes it, like it has never happened. If the claimaint wants to pursue the claim again, they will have to start pretty much from scratch.
It will take some time for that to be reflected on your credit file though, so keep an eye on it.
