Hi
I have recevied an attachment if earnings from court today, ccj sevrd on my prevouse address.
Do I have to send my payslipWith the N56 form?
Also does income & expenditure details has to be 100% accurate?
If I dont want court to inform my employer and Iam willing to pay monthly instalment what sort of valid reason should I include on this ?
Your advice is highly appriciated thanks

Hi,
Yes you should send your payslips if you have them.
Again yes, your budget should be as accurate as possible, obviously do not leave yourself short, better to overestimate than underestimate, but remember this is a court form you are completing.
Valid reasons for an instalment plan could be that you may lose your job or promotion prospects if your employer finds out you are in debt.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Unless you have an additional letter with the form that specifically requests wage slips, they are not necessary, the form should be taken at face value.
Sourcrates is right, that if the attachment of earnings order would put your job or future promotions at risk you can request the attachment to be suspended in box 10 of the form. Ensure the form is completed in full and returned, recorded delivery, within 8 days to avoid any further issues. If a hearing is scheduled then you must attend. Good luck,
Laura
