Mortgage overpayment calculators

Hi there
Does anyone know if there is a mortgage overpayment calculator spreadsheet that takes into account different interest rates over the term of the mortgage? The calculators I have used always assume the rate stays the same over the full term but I need something that does not make so many assumptions. I'd love to be able to plug in different rates/overpayments etc. Does it exist?
Here's hoping

Not sure but you could try this; you would need to take figures when your current mortgage rate ends and plug them in and take note (hope you know what I mean) with this calculator you can also have as many as you like.

If you wish to see every single month then you might like the page I use to work out mortgage amounts as it goes down to to zero.

There's an app for this one too - One of the best I think.
