Please, help, does anyone know of any mortgage lenders that take working tax credits, carers allowance and child benefit into account? Also, do they take 50% or 100%. Thank you.

I think the majority of them will however the question is how could you afford the mortgage once these benefits drop off, if the term of the mortgage goes beyond this point.
Is anyone named on the application in employment at the moment or would you depend on benefits entirely?0 -

Yes, I am employed part time, I have a disabled son so can't work more hours .....
He is only 5.
