Alternative to Clinique Moisture Surge?

I adore Cliniques Moisture Surge but do not like the price tag at all.
Has anyone found a cheaper alternative?
I like the gel consistency, and it absorbs really quickly, doesn't leave your face feeling oily or tacky.
Please leave any suggestions for alternatives!

I'm unsure whether it would be an alternative but Garnier has a similar one. http://www.boots.com/en/Garnier-Moisture-Bomb-Night-Cream_1792878/
It doesn't leave your skin oily and it is easy to apply. Hope this helps!ally.0 -

I've never used that cream - are you looking for a light cream?
What about the light version of Liz Earle - very reasonably priced.
I've used the DDM - boots do a really large size which is very good value.
I've not tried this -but it's on my to try list

You should try the Aldi range. Don't laugh. I have really dry and sensitive skin, over the years I've tried everything, from High St to luxury brands, I now buy Aldi night cream for a couple of pounds and my skin has never been better.0

I prefer a gel consistency to a cream, as creams seem to break me out almost all of the time. Whats DDM?You should try the Aldi range. Don't laugh. I might give it a try, thanks

Dramatically different moisture lotion/gel.0 -
It's not a gel- but I've switched from Clinique to Boots No. 7 and would really recommend.
I use their Beautiful Skin range- it's very gentle and unperfumed like Clinique stuff, so it's great if you've got sensitive skin http://www.boots.com/en/No7-Beautiful-Skin-Night-Cream-Normal-Dry-50ml-_1894699/0 -

OK, i'll definitely try both of those. My sister rates the No7 one, so i'll try that next. Using up free clinique samples at the moment :rotfl:0 -
