  • Its pouring down here . . .
  • DO NOT buy from london ticket shop e.g. above post ) they are near fraudsters go to google & search for london ticket shop, plenty of searches for forums come up, u won't get ur ticket or ur money back SO DO NOT BUY, ty :)

Thanks for balancing my post, wouldn't want to give anyone a duff tip.

  • Does anyone know where I can buy some tickets for this without having to pay through nose?
I have a friend who will have a go at buying these for me at 9 in the morning as I'm at work, when they first go on sale so I'm hoping not to have to pay too much over the odds for the tickets.
  • (disclaimer - I have NO insider info!) IMO there's no way they will just do a 'one-off' show. They have been totally honest about why they are doing this (money!) so it makes sense to cash in by having a couple of more nights at the same venue (so they can leave all the equipment in situ, which cuts down on roadie etc costs). Bands do this all the time, claim they are doing a one-off gig to get their fans all excited, the tix sell out in a nano-second, then they announce further shows 'to satisfy demand' (even though they have booked a few nights at the venue before the original tix went on sale). My prediction? Look for a Friday and Saturday night gig here as well.

Loads on ebay and they won't go for that much (especially if they add a couple of extra dates in the morning).

As on the London Ticket Shop link...

I've checked the schedule for the Brixton Academy and surprise surprise, noone is due to play in the days immediately after this "one-off" gig!

Tis better to keep ones gob shut and let people think you are idiot rather than open it and confirm it to everyone.

  • Even though it's been windy today, it's not really been that chilly, has it?
  • pleasantly mild for this time of year.
