This company has a lot of Vax carpet cleaners on ebay:

Bought the Vax V026 from them a year or so back now at a bargain price (remember to factor in the delivery charge though of course before bidding!!).

They're 'graded' goods meaning they're items that have been returned as unwanted gifts or the box is slightly damaged etc, but the item we got was superb, brand new and not a mark on it that I could see - all for around 1/2 the price. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have one of these - it's pathetically bad at what it's supposed to do. Definitely not recommended. If you want a carpet shampooed properly, hire an industrial machine or get the professionals in. Don't waste your money on one of these.

i bought the vax v027 rapide xl from e bay for a good price a few months back and find it brilliant really recomend it, mine was graded but it was spotless couldnt see anything wrong and works brilliantly.
