Incorrect invoice and company gone bankrupt?

Had solar panels installed in old property, they were mis sold because sales rep told us we would be able to move them to new property!
Anyway they honoured a new system instead.
New system installed on new property, but they copied the details from our old invoice and only updated the address, so invoice showing wrong date and wrong component.
Energy company now refusing to pay fit tarriff because of this and we're unable to get this changed due to company now being in receivership !
Any suggestions/ ideas?

Hiya and welcome.
Sounds messy, but best of luck sorting this out.
Try MCS they may be able to help with some documentation, or perhaps suggest something.
Welcome to the MCS Website
You could also try the trade bodies that your supplier was a member of (?) perhaps REA.
Renewable Energy Association
In the past I've spoken to RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) reporting some dodgy PV businesses mentioned on here, and they have been very helpful, but again, I don't know if they can help.
The Renewable Energy Consumer Code
I'm afraid I've no idea if they can help you, but at least you should know one way or another afterwards.
