I got an email from them saying I can have a free gift.

it's a choice of 120g chocolate reindeer worth £1 (not Lindt) or a £1.50 Iceland frozen pizza.

Need to select the one of your choice by 20/11, go to get your card swiped from 24/11 to 30/11. Then got from 24/11 to 4/12. My advice is to pick up your free gift when going to the checkouts, buy something, swipe card and use the coupon there and then

Thanks for the reminder, just checked my e mails and found I have the pizza or chocolate. Went for the pizza.
