zero calories ?

I know this isnt a big deal but was looking at a can of Coca-Cola Zero , which has a bold claim of "Zero calories" in large letters on it.
However in the Nutritrion information it says 1 calorie per 330ml can.
So my question is -
Is there a legal definition of "zero calories" ?

Less than 4kcal per 100ml is suitable for a zero calorie claim.0

Funny, innit? The sweets Tic Tac are mostly made of sugar. But in the USA, they are sold as "containing zero grams of sugar per serving"... because a serving is a single Tic Tac that weighs so little, they're allowed to round its sugar content down to zero.
The signs that really get me are the ones that say "fat free" when the product is loaded with sugar. It may be fat free, but that sugar's still gonna make you fat!0 -
