Although I've got lots of the take-a-way plastic tubs and lids, when I've frozen something I take it out and flirt the contents out into a plastic bag that I label.I've found that (once frozen) the take away tubs stack neatly on their sides and fit my freezer drawers perfectly.
It gives you just that bit more room in the freezer.0 -

Oddly enough I do that with soup (line a plastic bowl with cling film and then remove the bowl when frozen) but not sauces. Illogical???0
