Had my OR call today....

It was a rather painless experience. The OR Assistant was a nice fella, we had a bit of a laugh and joke about my situation and how I felt I was forced into BR given my lack of work.
He asked how I got into debt, why my previous IVA failed etc.
The only thing that he said might be a problem would be if his superior questioned the fact that I obtained credit even though I had historical debt of £35K. I told him that I had been paying token payments to some of my old creditors (the ones who could be botehred to chase me) and as they were over 6 years old, they had come of my credit file, hence the opportunities I was presented with in regards to new credit lines.
When he asked me why I did not begin to pay off my old debt, I told him, quite honestly, that as the old creditors were making no attempt to contact me and chase the debt, I used the money from a loan I got recently to consolidate my new debt.
He told me he understood what I was saying but his superior may (or may not) want to ask me further questions about the situation.
Other than that he told me to get on with life, and not to worry about anything.
Was a lot better than I thought it would be and he was understanding and not judgemental at all.
