Which paper is this? Don't believe everything you read. One little snippet from a research paper wont reveal the full story. Papers print stuff like this daily!0

Hi,
this is it,
PROSTATE TROUBLE
Try: Pumpkin seeds
Once men get into middle age and beyond, many start developing signs of benign prostate enlargement.
The prostate gland, a doughnut-shaped gland, sits below the bladder around the urethra.
As the gland starts to get bigger — a common problem with age — it triggers symptoms such as needing to go to the loo more often, feeling as though the bladder cannot empty as normal and reduced flow.
There is medication that can help alleviate symptoms and, in some cases, surgery may be necessary to reduce the gland.
However, there is another simple solution for men who have mild prostate enlargement: a daily handful of pumpkins seeds.
‘Many of my patients swear by this, and there is some basic scientific evidence to support their use,’ says Marc Laniado, a consultant urologist of Frimley Health NHS Trust, Surrey, and Nuada Medical in London.
‘It is thought to be the oils that interfere with hormonal receptors in cells and so slow down the growth of the prostate. That has been proven in experimental lab studies,’ he adds.
Have a handful a day.0
