My ex has accumulated a lot of Credit Card debt. ~40K
I am getting a lot of collection letters and it seems she is not responding to them.
I am paying 2k per month child maintenance (which is calculated wrong) which she is spending on holidays and clothes for herself. The kids are still wearing the old clothes and she is claiming benefits, too.
Is there anywhere I can report her fraudulent behaviour?

Wrong forum, but start with DWP and CSA if paying based on an order.0

Child maintenance does not count as income for those parents claiming means tested benefits.
