Specific Prize Terms
1) The chef will provide a three course meal for a maximum of 10 people.
2) The winner may be contacted by the chef prior to visit to discuss the menu and dietary requirements but the main course must be a roast dinner.
3) Certain high cost ingredients will be excluded such as foie gras, oysters, caviar, lobster, certain cuts of beef, truffles etc. would incur a surcharge (at winner’s own expense).
4) Certain areas of the UK such as the highlands in Scotland, west Wales and far south-west of England can be difficult to cover, in this instance we may ask the winner to be flexible with dates and timings. Includes chef and waiter’s time and travel.
5) Prize must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
6) Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
7. Product prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.

1) The winner agrees to provide the 3 items below, following the prize fulfilment and assign to the Promoter & Premier Foods Group Limited (owner of the Bisto brand the title of any intellectual property rights or interest that they may have in the entry.
i) 1x photograph of the winner & their neighbour outside the winner's home on the day of prize fulfilment
ii) 1x photograph of the winner & their neighbour during the dinner prepared by the Professional Chef cooking at their home on the day of prize fulfilment
iii) The winner will provide written feedback on their experience following their prize fulfilment.


2) Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.
3) Participants may not enter the Competition more than once.
4) The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
5) If there is any misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winner(s), or the operation of any technical/communications system, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into on this subject.
6) The correct answers to questions must exactly match the Promoter’s answers to win.
7) The Promoter has no responsibility or liability if participants fail to get through when they call to enter. This includes a failure to complete a phone call due to loss of signal, even if the entrant gets through to the studio initially.
8) The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.
9) In order to maintain the quality of the Promoter’s radio programming and to protect listeners from harm, participants may be disqualified if they are incomprehensible, inaudible or if it appears to the Promoter (in its sole discretion) that the caller is driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
10) Whilst participants are on-air, they promise not to make any statement which (in the Promoter’s sole and reasonable discretion) is inappropriate or which would be likely to bring the Promoter into disrepute.
11) Other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence and so far as permitted by law, Bauer Media hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition or any aspect of the Prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Competition if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
