Hatchimals?

Hi all,

Have done a quick search but couldn't find any similar threads

Surely i'm not the only one on the lookout for a Hatchimal for christmas? Have been looking everywhere but no luck at a realistic price so far, is anyone else in the same boat?

If I find anything in the meantime I will keep others updated!

:)

Here we go again.... my emotional wounds are still raw from the Great Hamster Hunt of 2009, I remember trawling supermarkets in the dead of night and being outside TRU at the crack of dawn to try to hold of one of the blighters and I vowed never again! However DD2 has asked Father C for one so here I am again trawling supermarkets in the dead of night ....you get the picture. The only silver lining I can say is that a week or so before xmas the hamsters did come back into stock so the people who paid OTT prices must have been gutted.
  • Been checking Stock checker myself with no avail, them seem to go in seconds:(

Had the hatchimal search for 1 day, went to toys r us got told they didnt have them etc etc (this is when we realised that they were a thing) because before that we just thought they were any old toy.

came home looked online sold out everywhere

then had a idea. different countries. looked on amazon germany...in stock. ordered it (normal price not jacked up resell price) came the end of last week. Christmas saved and i haven't had any of this running around stress.

If you have any family members in europe or look on the European versions of stores, might be some stock left now.

Congrats nips on finding one of the elusive criters! I had one in my Very basket yesterday but in seconds was gone so the hunt continues, I will not pay OTT prices in my new mantra, I will find one I just need to think outside of the box.

    Happy Hatchimal Hunting (HHH)
