also my advice is to go BR sooner rather than later. Dont wait too long, as you might kick your own butt in 6 years if your still not out the other side and you could have been free, but have 2 years further to go because you waited0

Also in this time get a BR friendly bank account. Nationwide Flex Basic and the Barclays basic account are the weapons of choice atm. Make sure it is the basic account opened and not a current account. Get all direct debits etc. moved across and the account running nicely.

As a bankrupt you cannot have a current account only a basic account. Some banks are better at accommodating bankrupts than others and those are the ones we recommend.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
