Help!!!
I am have requested a settlement figure for my secured loan in the last few days and they have sent it to me with the payment protection plan to be paid virtually in full except for a concesionary rebate. I have had the loan since May 2006 and they expect me to pay almost £6000 for 16 months payment protection, I find it very hard to believe that this can be legal. Can someone please give me some advice as to whether I have a good case as to not paying this
