Has anyone purchased from global before? There is a few dvds I'm interested in
but can't say I've heard anything about the company.0 -
Also by the by, my local Blockbusters (Ely) seems to have a huge selection of ex-rental videos to get rid of at 3 for £3 - films, TV comedy etc. I got films incl. Master and Commander, Anger Management, Die Another Day; Comedy: Joe Pasquale, Peter Kay and Jack Dee live performances.
They do take up a lot of room on my shelf compared to DVDs but I'll happily watch once and pass on to charity shops for this price.0 -

We have a Global store near us. Just a rival to Blockbuster and prices are cheaper. We have had no problems with them at all. It is a nationwide company - there just aren't as many of them about as there are Blockbusters!Accepted offer on our house - Sept 2006

My 2 came really quickly too and one was still in wrapping - not bad to get Brother Bear in brand new condition for £4.50! The other is in excellent condition too.0 -
