Hello,
Just thought I would add a little update as that seems to be the done thing and I really quite enjoyed all the attention! I was very flattered though none of you have seen me or the motley crew...yet ;-)
I have been going well and reduced my phone bill by almost £70 a month, other little things are being tightened up but after a great couple of weeks I had a little 'oops' moment involving a wedding with my gf, though not mine :-) that rolled into a mad weekend and a small fortune. Now I don’t feel too bad about this as we both really needed to get away for a number of reasons and I just think she’s fantastic, I wanted to treat her.
Should I feel guilty about that? My bank balance does, but I am doing my driving job this week that will cover it, though it means I am really no further on.
I have been looking at these online business opportunities, proof reading, surveys etc, but consider my self or at least average intelligence and have convinced myself they must be all out to get my money and offer nothing in return?!
There has to be something one can do on the tinternet?
I do hope those kind enough to follow my post and reply are all making great inroads to beating the debt, little by little and using my spending spree as a reminder to be frugal!
Kind regards,
PID
