Well Dolly from the research I've done to date it appears that some lenders do 60/50/40% of overtime and bonuses and others do 0%, yet to find one above 60%. Going to see a broker on Monday so if i hear more i shall let you know...
TSB can accept 100% of bonus… and 100% of overtime…

Lenders vary on how they treat bonuses, overtime, and allowances. That is why a broker is a good idea if you are tight on affordability.I am a Mortgage Broker

Some lenders have separate rules for cabin crew and treat flight pay differently to overtime bonus and commission.Im cabin crew and I'm hoping that i won't encounter the same thing as my commission and sector pay is 50% of my wages!I am a mortgage broker.
