Don't wait around for this broker if you're already unhappy with the service they're providing (I'd feel the same in your position).
If it's quick response times and personal advice you're after go smaller/locally where you're business will really matter to them - you may have to pay for it but it's worth saving yourself the stress.
I've recently gotten a mortgage with a 2 year old default on the high street - absolutely is possible.0
