Remortgage - got a completion date can anything go wrong?

Hi
I am re mortgaging my flat to a buy to let and am 85% complete on the tracker, they have told me the figure thst will transfer to my bank next week on completion.
Is there anything that can go wrong?
I am having trouble at work and may lose my job, but as its a buy to let the rent will pay the mortgage so should I say anything?
