Years ago I remember agencies would invite you to their office and have you perform typing and computer tests (less so happens today) so maybe you've got off one hook. The temps to perm at our place all got taken on without assessment unlike originals! ie they got in easy by meeting id requirements...
Some agencies are pretty good in that one register still covers you far later on if you need to return for their services and plus I can't say that agencies are much of reference takers either.0
