There are free charities to help Payplan and CCCS, or CAB locally or even do it yourself with support from the National Debthelpline they have a pack on line you can download, template letters and a payment calculator, I did it myself and it was quite easy.

Glad you posted on here before taking the plunge with Eurodebt!
  • hi daddycool, there is a sticky thread for first time posters by southernscouser, have a look at that and pop ur soa up for us and we will be able to help more. DO NOT pay any1 to consolidate your debt for you, there are registered debt charities out there who could help you set up a debt management plan for free!! have a look at http://www.c-c-c-s.com/ hope this helps xx

It should do its pretty good rule number one if your current account is linked to any of your creditors you need to apply for a new current account as priority.

I was with Lloyds and Lloyds under there terms and conditions could take money out of my account to pay any arrears on credit cards and you dont want that! Its pretty average industry wide so Lloyds are not alone!
  • thx rayday switched bank account a couple off weks ago as overdraft was getting high just had leeter from mortgage about my rent arreas witch we have sorted but mortgage peaple have charged me £27.50 for letter that should not have been sent out asked them to take the charge off and they wont
