I wud be glad if some1 can plz let me know the best time to visit Livingston Shopping Centre, Livingston to get good bargains/deals.

    anytime,part of it's got designer outlet/discount stores, as well as ordinary shops!!

    Not sure, if this is any use, but I find the best bargins there during x-mas and New year.....Next sell their stuff out cheap just before x-mas and some other shops got 50% off everything...Thorntons has got last day of month sometimes as low as 10p stuff.

    Ive always found the macarthur glen designer outler cheaper than most places or shops anywhere else most times of the year.
