Mortgage offer post iva

Just received our final offer from Barclays only 11 months post IVA, thanks to using a good broker. We had a mortgage but wanted to move from nram/landmark to a 'stable ' setup with normal rates. Got a fixed deal approx 2.5%, 90%.
So there is hope out there.

It was a 6 year IVA with CLEARDEBT. they stopped dealing with IVA's just after I finished but were great.
Completion cert came 2 weeks after last payment as did removal from Insolvency register. All credit files clear in a month so I had a lot of luck compared with some.0 -
Well done that's great news.
By comparison we only had couple unsatisfied defaults but no one would touch us even at just 33% LTV:j0
