    got my batteries today with the photo frame being out of stock.

    so long as it is here before xmas i am not bothered.

    Got a catologue and net curtain today - says photo frame sold out.
    On the plus side, the amount charged for the net curtain says free! At that price won't bother to return it!
    Wonder if I'll get 2 more?????

    Well, I've got my photo frame BUT have been charged £49.99 for it, despite my email confirmation saying £24.99.

    Surely they can't just take £49.99 from my account, when I've only authorised £24.99?

    Same thing for me, got the delivery note but no frame (out of stock) yet the delivery note say £49.99! :confused:

    I ordered 2 photo frames and batteries, got the batteries but no frame. I've been told the frame is sold out with no more supplies. I think most of us are going to be unlucky with this one. Well done if you are one of the lucky ones.
    Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves

    I got the batteries and a catalogue but no frame, just a note saying it had sold out. Rubbish. Still, the batteries weren't charged for so that's a bonus at least!

    i just called to enquire about this and they said it was out of stock and they won't get any more in again.

    however - they are still displaying it on their website as 'in stock'.
