HOW THE GAME WORKS AND ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS
Players can take part (at ibisbusinessmoment.com) as many times as they wish whilst the Game is
available, until they win a prize.

Instant win games will take place at random throughout the Game
in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

In order to win, a player must be the first to take part as soon as an instant win game opens, and
identify the elements needed in order to win the game. Instant win games that are not played by
anyone will remain open.

Only one prize may be won per household at any time during the Game (same name, same addressand/or same e-mail address).

A session will take place over one day. A list of sessions can be found in these rules, in the ‘Prizes’ section.

Instant win games will be randomly scheduled for each session and filed with a judicial officer.

I can't get this to work properly on iPad or iPhone. I find an area where the eye appears, but tapping doesn't do anything. Should it always do something or does it only work if you have found something or won? I've tried both today and yesterday. I noticed yesterday on Facebook people had posted that they had the same problem and ibis replied to say they were looking into it, but this morning all those messages have been deleted.

I used it this morning on my Ipad (was taking far too long in Chrome on my laptop) and it worked fine. When you get the "eye" you tap on it and an envelope appears. More often than not they are empty but it gives you clues for the room you should be in.

I have updated to iOS 10.1.1 now and it works, so looks like that was the problem.

The envelopes are "Hidden", as you get close to one more rings appear around the "hand" until it becomes the "eye" you need to click on.
At the moment if you go to "Guest room" and drag it around to the TV, the remote control hides an envelope
