Which pension fund should i invest in??

Hi, I’m hoping there may be some advisors on the board who can give me some free advice! - or anyone else with equivalent knowledge!

I'm looking at changing one of the funds i have with a Friends Provident Pension. This isn't my main pension and only has about £1000 in and I’m not paying into this one. I'm 26 so it does still have time to grow!

The funds are currently the stewardship 50% and European 50%. The Euro one has been flagging for some time now and is the 3rd quartile ranking. I was going to transfer it to the Fidelity Special Situations which I was advised by a previous advisor to do but apparently I can't invest in this one with the type of pension I have.
I'm going to stay in the stewardship one.
Do I put it all in the stewardship or split it with another fund. I have about 5k in an Invesco pension - the funds there being the UK Equity and Deutsche overseas. I also currently pay into a Scottish Life one which my work contribute to also - this again is a UK fund.

I'm happy to take a big risk with 50% of the the Friends Prov. as its a smaller amount of money and I’m still young (in pension terms!).

If you've got this far down the post and have any advice then it is greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Nick.

Scottish Life PPPs are very competitively priced and you can access fidelity SS and a few Inv Perp funds along with a range of others.

FP also have access to those same funds on their PPP contract but not the SHP contract. FP themselves do have some very good low risk funds which have performed well. The FP european fund has consistently outperformed the sector average over the last 10 years.

Fund selection is a personal thing and what is right for one person may not be right for another. You also have to take a long term view and the poor performance of the Euro sector in the short term doesnt make it a poor performing sector in the long term. Indeed, you could just be existing the sector before a growth period.
