Hi there,
Can I just ask a quick question now before I go to bed, so it doesnt keep me up all night worrying about it:rolleyes: (doesnt matter if no one answers tonight , at least Ive posted it lol)
Right it refer to section 8 PROPERTY, now my OH is the one going BR, but the tennacy for our house is in my name, but he pays the rent, how do I relate this to the question below?


8.1 Give details of any properties you own (these should also be listed in Q3.2) = NONE

8.2 Give details of any properties you rent or lease, either alone or jointly ??

8.3 Apart from properties that you own,rent or lease, are there any other properties in which you may otherwise have an interest =NO

8.4 Does anyone else have an interest in any of the properties that you own, rent or lease? This interest may be as a sub-tennant, a guarantor of the mortgage, a partner, a joint tenant, joint lessee or otherwise ???

I wish all requests for information posted on here were as easy as that.:D Sounds as though you've almost got the forms completed; don't forget they're not expected to be 100% accurate; the judge won't even look at the details on the form.

We were petitioned by a creditor so never had to complete the forms but this appears to be the link you need.
