If i applied for a mortgage via a broker- how long does any offer last?
I am applying for Right to Buy- so dont know whether I should be applying for a mortgage before or after I submit the RTB forms?

You cant apply for a mortgage until you know how much you are buying for.
You will need to do the RTB paperwork first in order to find out the value and purchase price.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
