Help, how did you get L'Occitane?

I could not work it out. I can see the Lock + C but the last one does not say tane to me?

I assume the last part of the clue is "tan" so we have Lock+C+tan, which is how L'Occitane is pronounced.

That's interesting as all through this promotion I've only been able to get one, of any of the retailers, (All PDEs) This is despite changing to Chrome from IE, clearing cookies and logging out and back in.
I'd assumed it was my aging lappy and rubbish internet connection

I have exactly the same problem only get one a day.
would not let me have the bonus either.
