Am I right in thinking that I don't have any rights if I decide to leave my role if I feel I am being unfairly treated? I have only been with the company for 15 months.

Basically yes unless the "unfairness" amounts to unlawful discrimination.
Otherwise, with less than two year's service, you cannot claim unfair dismissal (or constructive unfair dismissal).0 -
