Hi looking for some help.
We recently done a remortgage and everything was finalised on 28th October. I have went on today to check the old mortgage and just confirm it's all cleared and it's still showing a balance outstanding? How is this possible.
The previous mortgage was not on any deals and we had it over the period were we should have to pay get out charges.
Does this normal happen and it will update itself?
