Well that's not what their criteria says. If you can produce the SA302's and have the latest years accounts then they should take the latest figures.
If you have a contract in place for the coming 6-12months then that might help your cause to demonstrate that you are viable going forwards.
Your broker should be on the phone to Skipton trying to sort this out!0 -
I only gave them in latest SA302 so I guess thats why they did it. He said they won't budge.
I obvs made the wrong choice with the broker
My last years SA 302 won't have any income on it anyway as I didn't draw any money from the business I had £8000 basic and thats all.0 -
