I can't make out the answer myself.

Clue #1 might be the blue / yellow football colours- see scarf.
If you recognise the scarf, we can enter a postcode and check the nearby installers.

Clue #2 is a railway station with (at least) 16 platforms.

Grr! This one is driving me up the wall! Okay, several hours of research have got me:
Leeds Rhinos play in blue and yellow. I noticed that the little girl's scarf had an R on and her dad's top looked more like a rugby than a footie one. Leeds railway station has 17 platforms and is the biggest outside of London. I found a couple of stations with 15 but no 16s. There is an ABC Plumbing and Heating services in Bradford, which is only about 10 miles from Leeds but they don't come up on Worcester Bosch's list of accredited installers.
Also when looking up Leeds Rhinos scarves none of them looked the same as the girl in the video's. I'm wondering if we're overthinking it and the "clues" are not clues at all and the answer is simply ABC.

I agree we may be overthinking it.
The logo looks more like abc Plumbing & Heating than ~Heating & Plumbing, but is too fuzzy really.
What we need is for someone to catch the ad that's airing this weekend according to their fb page. Easier to see details on tv than on you-tube.

The question I had was 'can you tell us the number of Which? Best Buy's (sic) in our advert? I suspect if people were really struggling they thought they'd better make it easier. I make it seven from the paused vid. Unfortunately I can't post a picture of it (sorry), but the Which? symbols come up in a row at 54 seconds in.
