GE Money and Credit File clean up

Hi,
I was discharged from Bankruptcy in Jan 15. I have been working hard on cleaning up my credit file to ensure that all the info is correct.
I'm having a nightmare getting GE Money Home Lending to properly report the default.
When I was declared BR, it seems that the OR didn't notify them. I had never defaulted on the loan with them, so they show that in the first month after BR, I was one month late, and so on till it shows default.
My point is that at the point of BR they should have shown one default and then settled at point of discharge. What they are showing is that I was in default up to Dec 14. I have tried and tried to get them to show it correctly but they wont and now say that I must go to the ombudsman as they won't discuss it any further with me.
they appear to have muppets working there who don't even understand what I was trying to achieve.
I'm frankly exhausted by their instransigence and obstruction.
Has anyone else had problems with them? Has anyone got it successfully resolved?
Thank you for any advice -

GE have all the muppets and half of Sesame street working for them.
You may have to go with the Ombudsman, but beware that they have Fraggles.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
