I have just booked a package holiday to Majorca with their offer of £200 off instead of a return flight. Got this as well as the on-line discounts so pleased with the price. Might suit some other people beter than the free flight

I won first thing this morning but I haven't had an email about it so don't know how to claim my prize as after I won it just asked me to add my selfie to go into the New York draw & then share that to confirm entry but when I did I couldn't return to the page where I'd won the flights. Does anyone have the number to ring please?

I took a pic of it so I didn't lose the number. I didn't see any mention of sending an email so I just assumed we'd have to phone and book a flight like that. It says they have our names/details so we can book when we ring them.

yea i phoned 1st of al and they said to call again after 5 if still not received

I have mine booked without receiving any email. Didn't know we were supposed to get one. It just said to phone number.

I won too eventually but you do not get an email. You phone the number on the screen and they check your details and confirm that you are a winner.

Has anybody spoken to Jet2 and confirmed what holiday period (eg Winter 2016/17, summer 2017 or winter 2017/18) that we can use the alternative £200 off a holiday. I tried to phone them earlier but couldn't get through.

"The prize may not be exchanged for cash, but can be exchanged for a £200 discount on a Jet2holidays package holiday (excluding Jet2CityBreaks) on or after 1 April 2017. The £200 discount can be applied in addition to any other on-site promotions held at the time (e.g. £100 discount per person on package breaks for couples). In both instances, the prize must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18) on a Jet2holiday for a minimum of two adults."
