Complements Vouchers being refused- IPSOS iSay

Has anyone else experienced this recently? I know lots of stores have pulled out of the scheme recently, like Homebase. But today I was turned down in Boots because my £10 vouchers are orange and not blue! I demanded to speak to a manger but she was adamant. Can't see any special terms related to the colour of voucher on Complements website. Boots accepted them (same store in Aug!) They were sent from IPSOS iSay and don't expire until Dec 2017.

About a year ago I had the same problem with Iceland refusing to accept my Complements vouchers after they had previously accepted them in the same store. I spoke to the manager who swore blind that they had never accepted them.

I emailed their customer services who confirmed that they did accept Complements vouchers. When I went back to the same store I did not have a problem.

I would try emailing boots customer service.
