Any chance of getting a 0% balance transfer, you save a fair chunk if you can transfer at least some of the debt if not all.0

There is nothing really to cut from budget, you could save a little if you ditched the TV and opted for just something like netflix (no licence needed) are you getting your discount for the C/Tax if applicable? lots on here do online surveys that make a few pounds but really need to cut the interest as even at a £1000 a month it will still take 8months to clear when you take the interest into account. you can do a soft search on the main site that will give you some idea of your chances of being excepted for another credit card it's well worth doing and you lose nothing in trying.0

There is a litt e room to shave a few pounds off here and there, but realistically not enough to bring you to £1000 a month.
It IS the season to be jolly so ther are lots of seasonal jobs going - could you get an extra job at weekends/evenings to add a second income to really hit this debt?
There are ultimately always 2 ways to close an earning gap: earn more or spend less... You're not living a frivolous life looking at your SOA so increasing income would be the logical solution
Nope, not paying arrears, but i've had a look online and I think i'm way over paying? I'm band C and I'm pretty certain I should be paying considerably less, and I think I should also be entitled to a single persons discount or something? I'll phone the council and speak to them about this. Water rate is included in that price
Can't lift share as I'm the only person from my area travelling to where I work and it's considerably cheaper to drive and park than use public transport. Parking is the cheapest i've been able to find, but the company I work for is in the middle of building a new carpark so i'll have a permit for that once it's complete.
That's the cheapest price for car insurance I could get. I'm under 25 so hopefully when I turn 25 next year the price will reduce. I have a 1.8 vectra though, so it's not the cheapest to run. I'd like to get a smaller/more economical car as soon as I can though
Only got the one pet, but her insurance it's a little expensive as she's got a medical condition. Her food is included in my groceries (she only eats chicken and rice).0 -

Do you still need a TV licence if you use things like iPlayer? I don't watch live TV very often so it's basically always Netflix or iPlayer, etc. I'll go have a look at that now and see what my chances are, thanks

BBC Iplayer you do, netflix and things like all4 & demand 5 you currently don't, we are all on borrowed time with this but even for just a year you would be £150 better off.0

I have an appointment at the bank in 2 weeks to discuss that so hopefully I'll be able to transfer at least some of it

That sounds slightly more likely to turn into a loan application. If it's at a good rate of interest like 4 to 7%, that would certainly be useful, but it might be higher.
But the suggestion here was another credit card. Some have incentive transfers at 0% interest for 12 to 40 months, and some without even a transfer fee on spans up to 2 years.
Some people here would caution against consolidation like this, as there are risks of running up new high balances on the old cards, but on the other hand if you've done your sums right and are reducing the overall balances, then transferring say £4000 to a zero rate card would straight away reduce interest by £100 a month and speed up the effect of your monthly repayments.0 -

It's definitely for a 0% credit card and not a loan so hopefully my application gets accepted

Hi, you should definitely be entitled to single persons discount on council tax. Sadly you do now need a tv license for iplayer but if you could live with just nextflix then you can cancel the tv license. If you're pregnant then you probably shouldn't be cutting your grocery budget by much if anything. And as for extra work, you may manage now but in the last trimester you will need to take care and rest.
What skills and qualifications do you have? Are you able to do anything like tutoring? Otherwise, as someone has said, is a Christmas temp in a shop an option?
In all honesty, paying off totally by the time baby comes seems highly unlikely, so your best bet is to get as much of it down to little or no interest and then get it as low as you can before the big day.
Don't forget, baby will require some stuff even if you get it all second hand.Mortgage Outstanding Nov '16 £142,772.75Mortgage Additional OPs 2017 Target £4522.80/ Actual £865.00GC Feb 0/£2000 -

I don't think I really have any skills that I could use to generate extra income tbh. I can work over time as there's always overtime going i'd make more money doing overtime than taking on a second job, especially with the option to do sleepovers. I'll speak to my boss when she gets back from her annual leave.
I've had a look at the boost your income forum and there's a lot of great ideas for making extra money on there
I won a pram, car seat and baby swing, so that's covered and my mum's buying the cot so the most expensive things are taken care of thankfully
(more money so spend on cute clothes lol) going to keep entering competitions to try and win more baby things 0
